We had an amazing experience! The horse riding trail was beautiful, and the horses were calm and well cared for. Our guide, Best, was incredibly patient, friendly, and always smiling, which made us feel comfortable throughout the ride. Although there was a misunderstanding at the beginning, the team handled it professionally, prepared everything for us, and even offered us a 10% discount as a kind gesture.
